I realized late yesterday afternoon that the number of details required to get this project on track is almost unmanageable. This week I have had meetings with all the instructors, my GAs who are helping on the project, the ICS660 group working on the testing and the CMD folks who are helping to keep consistency in the focus groups. And this doesn't even count the emails that fly around between times.

And, none of what I am doing has anything to do with the actual creation of interfaces and content - Yikes!
